Hi !!

I've already installed TIA Portal V13 (Step7 and PlcSim), StartDrive V13 and i've applied the V13 SP1 Update for each of these. Everything went gooooooood.

the problem is when i try to install WinCC Professional V13, the setup procedure terminates with an ERROR. But i can find the software on the settings panel.

When i try to apply the WinCC V13 SP1. i got another error message.

Could you help me with this issue please.

Hello,

if the error occurrs there are 2 buttons. one to open the logfile and one to open the logfile directory.
Open the Logfile directory and zip all logfiles and attach it here.

The TIA SW Packages are all in the SW List found under "SIEMENS Totally Integrated Automation Portal", select this Point and click uninstall then you get a list with installed packages and here you can select which package you will uninstall exactly.

You dont try to install SP1 in the scond issue !

You try to install UPD4 for V13.0 SP1 but you must first install SP1 before you can install UPD4.

To uninstall WinCC V13 from the system go to Windows Control panel -> software

Then select the entry "SIEMENS Totally Integrated Automation Portal V13" and press uninstall.

And i need the Logfile without the "_Summary" in the name.

The archive doesn't contain the data.

Have you installed WinCC V11 on the System? If yes which edition?

Actually i have no problem to uninstall the software, i just said that i still can find it in the control panel even if the installation finished with an ERROR.

For the logfiles, i find only those attached in my previous answer. the remaining files are too big (260 mo) to be attached here 

I think i had better to downlaod WinCC Professional V13 SP1 and install it directly instead of WinCC V13 

I'm tired of these mysterious errors and i hope i won't get the same thing with WinCC Pro V13 SP1

Do you know if it's gonna work if i install directly WinCC Pro SP1 ??

you can try it but:

Important installation instructions:

To be able to install the Service Pack the WinCC V13 software must be installed already.

And you will never found WinCC Tia in the SW List of the control panel.

I just wanna say that finally it worked :D  and it's actually possible to install WinCC professional V13 SP1 directly instead of WinCC pro V13
