WinCC Proffesional V12 SP1 - access object properties from script

Hi all.

I ask how to set, or get some properties of trend view control, or report  or...

Let's explain.

I have button, action of this button is to set time range for printjob.

printjob is in relation with report. On report I have table view object, and i want to set Time range property of that control from script.

1. Click on Button

2. script set time range for table view control -> time columns (table view is part of Report)

3. start print job, and print only data from defined time range

Is that posssible???

Maybe this question is better.

How to change some property of tableview control in report (time axis, visible etc.) from VB or C-script?

Or how to set printjob to print report from one day, one month...for specific interval of time range?

(It's a link to the V13 SP1 WinCC Professional manual because the V12 SP1 one didn't open properly...  but this particular content should be the same, I think.)

Maybe there is something in the list that helps you. I don't work with protocols, so I can't give you any advice on that front.

On another note: maybe the following application example could be some kind of solution to your Problem. But it's made in WinCC Advanced and I don't know it it's fully adaptable to WinCc Professional. Some changes at least would be necessary (different control = different vbs functions).
