Hello, mak a screenshot of installed programs. If you have installed WinCC RT Professional V13.0 SP1 then you can't install a Update for WinCC RT Professional V13.0 because the SP1 is the higher version and you can look here for updates: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109439573 the latest is UPD9 for V13.0 SP1! Hello is_razi, I would say it is because WinCC Advanced is a single operator station system and WinCC Professional is a SCADA system. The runtime is dependent on the name of the PC in the device configuration. There might be some more historic reason, too. I'm just guessing here however, sorry. If you use the WinCC RT Simulation in TIA Portal it mostly works exactly like the according runtime for both systems, so you don't really need to build your professional runtime for testing. If you do. don't forget to adjust the PC Name in the project. Here is the download list for WinCC Runtime Professional V13 (without the SP1):
Maybe try an update lower than 6 and have a look if this is can be installed? ... Can you update to SP1? It helps with bugs and stability issues if you keep the TIA Portal updated. |
