WinCC Scrolling Screens and fixed Top Menu

In Unified no problem setting up 3840 in the X-direction and the scrolling between the 2 "pages" is very good. BUT, how can I get the TOP and/or BOTTOM menu's to be fixed. I want the processpicture to move, but not the TOP/Bottoms menus. Anyone PLEASE?

Make 2 Screen windows, the first (Header) 120x1920, the second (Content)960x3840. 3. Connect ONE header-information to Header. 4. Connect the rest of process-windows to Content. [snip]
