Denilson Pegaia Platinum Expert Joined: 9/23/2005 Last visit: 11/19/2024 Posts: 4353 Rating: (1454)	Hi As from TIA V19, it is possible to assign dynamic values to the names of variables passed as an interface in the Faceplates call. This feature enables the “multiplex” faceplate interface dynamically in runtime and could be used as a similar feature as the tag prefix of WinCC Professional / WinCC V8. TIPs The dynamic configuration is made on the faceplate call, Properties >Miscellaneous > Interface > Interface name > column “Dynamization” change “None” to “Tag Parameter”; in the right side (split window) configure the “Dynamic tag name”. The variable name could be a mix of fixed values and (string) tag values. As from the window description: “ Defines a tag name which is composed of static parts and tag references. The resulting tag name is determined in runtime by replacing the tag references with the current tag values. Tag references must be encapsulated by single quotation marks (‘). Examples: 1. ‘UnitTag’.’MotorTag’.Temperature 2. This improves the performance, especially for screens with many faceplates. TIPs: Configuration is done in the Faceplates’s properties (faceplate’s background screen properties) at Miscellaneous > Suspendable Suspendable = 1: Then cyclic scripts or scripts triggered by tag changes are not executed when the faceplate is not visible Sample project (archived from TIA Portal as .zap19 and after that compacted in .zip format to be uploaded here) user= User, all password = Password1! Denilson Pegaia Platinum Expert Joined: 9/23/2005 Last visit: 11/19/2024 Posts: 4353 Rating: (1454)	Hi As from TIA V19, it is possible to resize the faceplate (background screen) to fit with the configured objects, that means the objects will be shifted and centralized and the faceplate’s background screen will be resized so that a desired margin would match with the objects. TIP: The text list type should be passed as property interface, defined as “Resource list” In the faceplate call properties > miscellaneous > interface > property interface, the type should be selected to “text list type” before to select the desired text list type Sample project (archived from TIA Portal as .zap19 and after that compacted in .zip format to be uploaded here) user= User, all password = Password1! I set the options "can be sized" and "show border" but when I opened the popup and I selected with the mousse, the "arrows" for re-size appear but the size don't change. I hope that you can help me. With these options you could centralize the object in the faceplate area (background screen) and reduce the background screen "to frame" the objects respecting the defined border
