WinnCC RT Professional V13 problem

Dear Experts , 

       One of my client have purchase  WinCC RT Professional V13 along with Industrial PC.  I have installed the setup of  RT professional in IPC  , but i cannot open my project in it .   

      I have tried to download the project from my laptop to IPC through ethernet , but it cannot open instead giving me error like  "  Class not Registered "    or  "  Server not Available "  . 

       Any help for such errors. ?

can you provide screenshots to the error messages?
What do you mean with project, which can't be opened?
The generated FWC file or something other?

he have a downloaded .mcx File, this is the input for the WinCC RT Prof, and can't be opened with TIA Portal WinCC Engineering!

please check the used Versions.

The RT have Version V13.0 SP1, and you say is was downloaded with V13.
If this true and the Eingineering Version was V13.0 without SP1 then the RT file can't be used with thew V13 SP1 RT.
In this case you must install WinCC RT V13.0 without SP1, or update the Version in the project to V13.0 SP1 (for that you need WinCC´Professional V13.0 SP1)

I used to open  a RT project wincc v13 without SP1 by wincc v13 RTSp1, it show error about version, not error same the Pratts23 post.

THe problem here, i think it not about version, as long as i know the problem may be SQL-server
