Hello Bukhari not too sure how you managed to end up in this situation, but I'm afraid to say that it doesn't look good. Based on your description, Diag buffer and S7 project, you have at least the following problems to sort out first: 1.) The HWconfig of your (online backup?)S7 project does NOT have any Safety I/O cards in it. It doesthough show "Standard Modules" without part number nor type instead of what presumably are meant to be Safety I/Omodules. This HWconfig is NOT going to work. 2.) The CPU does NOT have the tick for "CPU contains Safety program" in the "Protection" tab of its properties! This is NOT going to work if you have a Safety related application and Safety I/Omodules. The only way forward that I can see to fix this is that you firstly get hold of a useable offline backup of the S7 project. I hope this helps |
