Hello experts I would like to know or show the previous step through a variable that is assigned or connected toS_NOat the output in Automatic mode. The main purpose is to know the previous or lastly active step, before it was initialized. In my case here in Graph the First step is 73. Say if my lastly active step is 98 or Something. and suddenly when emergency stop is pressed whose connection is connected to theINIT_SQmakes the step jump from 98 to 73 and Automatic mode goes Off. i.e input is set to Zero. When I come back and when Automatic modeSW_AUTOmade on andINIT_SQis switched off, I would like to get back to the previous step through jump. By activating theS_PREVwhich would reveal the previously active step (If S_PREV understanding of mine is correct). I tried but, it did not work. I initially tried to use Previous(S_PREV)and Next(S_NEXT)in Automatic mode (SW_AUTO) to just test whether it work, before I go tot he point of my previous step number when emergency stop is pressed. But unfortunately it did not. I did the following. 1. I switched on the (SW_AUTO) set it to TRUE 2. I switched on the (S_NEXT)set it to TRUE 3. Then I switched on (S_ON )set it to TRUE After doing this, it did not work. I meant the S_NO (output ) showed the step at which it is currently active is. Can any one point out why it did not work and how should I handle it, so that I could go to the part. Hope to hear from you. Here below in the attachment you could find some snap shots. Thank you.
