wrrec and rdrec for et200sp Analog Output

In order to not get hw errors I use wrrec and rdrec. It work for AI module and i dont get wire break error. However same logic for AQ (6ES7 135-6HD00-0BA1) doesnt work and i got hw error on the module. Is Wrrec/Rdrec works differently for AQ ?

Parameter assignment and structure of the parameter data record is also explained in the manual. hope this helps, regards,
