Many weather sources allow api access to the weather that doesn't include all the cookies, html, javascript, and junk that isn't weather. I suggest finding one with the weather you need, contact them for access to that data, and then set up the proper URL/call. Data will likely be returned as CSV, XML, or JSON. This link http://www.yr.no/place/Netherlands/North_Holland/Amsterdam/data.html shows 3 ways to download just the data. For you, xml may be the best option. After that, you can do a lot of PEEK's to peek through the receive buffer and parse it out. It will be dreadfully slow if I guess correctly, so perhaps just run one xml chunk per scan since they usually do not allow you to update more than say once an hour for free. Do you best to find the best download option for your needs first. Downloading from a web page will probably be your worst option. Web page s***ing is so inefficient and a waste of resources. It may even be a violation of the terms of use for that web site (many say you cannot do it).
