I am going to disconnect drives and use it somewhere else , so i have two issues . Software & hardware issues , the addressing , the end loop connection as it is inside the loop no at the end,

If you are removing the drive temporarily and intend to install it back after some time, then SFC12 based procedure as suggested by  IBN-Service and Ayman Elotaify  is what you need to follow.

However if you intend to Permanently remove it, and do not intend to put it back, then you need to remove it from the Hardware Configuration also and remove all references to the drive in your user program.

Be sure that the drive is not interlocked to any other operations in your PLC. Otherwise these interlocks will also have to be modified .

 The Modified Hardware configuration will have to be compiled and downloaded to the CPU .
Also the Modified program will need to be downloaded.

Dear,

Everybody who suggested help, i did remove drive and external i/o peacefully , it was easy as long as the deviced isn't selected in the loop( touch screen) only all i got , buss failure alarm but plc is in run mode and work perfect plus some emergncy switch faults ,it came via i/o on profibus network  i had removed , i bypassed and run sytem after i got all the parts i needed it
