In the "Application & Tools" is a document about OPC for S7-200: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/fr/21063680 There are also a FAQ in French available: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/fr/21601611 In my opinion you could use your hardware, it should work. But you can also use USB to connect to S7-200. May be it helps a little bit. Mausus!
