Wincc flexible 2008 Sp3 to Sp5 update issue

I would like update Sp3 to Sp5 because in our PG have Sp5 version. I attach a picture with this issue.Now in this PC no have runtime. I was try restart the PC but it not working. When start installer the runtime I get this message. Operation system is Windows 7 embedded. Anyone have an idea, how to solve this issue? Attachment received_319892962806368.jpeg (463 Downloads)
