Siemens MP277 Not Downloading project

Hi, I have Siemens MP277 10" Touchscreen that I'm trying to download some updated screens to. I go to transfer the project in WinCC Flexible like you usually would, it brings up a screen that shows the progress of the download. It gets about 1/10th done with the download process but then the download status screen disappears. I know it didn't update because my new screens don't show up. I know my ethernet connection to the network is good because I can go online with the PLC the Hmi I am having trouble with is networked to.

Does anyone have any idea what might cause this download issue?

Reset the Panel to Factory setting then try again.

How do you do a SIMATIC HMI operating system update (firmware update, OS update) on operator panels or perform a "Reset to factory settings"?
