OP170B Buttons and Leds K1 K10

Good afternoon. Tell me please, there is an operator panel OP170B. It has buttons F1-F14 and K1-K10. I can edit the F1-F14 buttons, but with the K1-K10 buttons - I can’t do it in any way. Before that, I used the PROTOOL program and there were no problems with the buttons and LEDs K1-K10, and in WinCC flex these buttons are not active. Question - how can I activate the buttons K1-K10 so that I can assign them a specific address? Thank you.
