No access to the original project: is it possible to determine STEP 7 version and optional package in the online CPU?

Hello sazol,

it is possible that the configuration in the online CPU are created with optional package (example Start Drives, CFC, …) which are not installed on your PG.  Have you access to the original project? Check in this case which STEP 7 version and optional package the STEP 7 program is created. It is also possible that the program in the CPU has an other/higher STEP 7 version as installed in your PG/PC.

AFAIK, unfortunatelly that is not possible with STEP7 Simatic Manager. ç

With TIA Portal V15.1 or higher you can see the the versión of TIA Portal used to download the project from online but no info about packages is given.
