Continous Measurment (cyclic measurment)

Dear All,

As we are facing problem on centering with continuous measurement application. We have connected a proxy to X121 28 & 29 Pin i.e. MEPUS1 & MEPUC1 terminal. We are successfully able to do the skiving application in 2, 1.75, 1.5 , 1.25 modules, also in these modules we are getting error, but it is under tolerance band therefore it is accepted. But for 1 module and below it we are not able to complete the application. For the same we have checked the proxy pulses in oscilloscope, it was found ok. But still the reading which we were getting from the system are not consistence for the same job.

For centering with continuous measurement application we have copied the program from the Siemens do-con. The standard program is been provided in the attachment.

Can anybody help me.
