PG couldn't recognize the harddisk

Hi experts,

I have the same issue now and my PG couldn't recognize the harddisk, I took it out from the PG, it is like a brand new one, it didn't fall from me on the floor or something like this

Did anybody try to put another hardisk but from another type ?
