Hello electecmb: Only Siemens Support personnel can help you recover your licenses. You can reach them through the Support Request link at the top of this page. Follow the screenshots in this FAQ to provide them with the required information. They will contact you back with authorization codes that you will input in the Automation License Manager to make your software active.
