Alarms get printed automatically when starting simulation

Hello

I have this weird situation where every now and then, when I'm at the office and I run a simulation of an HMI, the alarms get printed automatically from our office printer. This does not happen all the time, but when it does, there is no prompt and I can't cancel it.

Even more, when I'm not at the office and I run a simulation it puts the print job in the queue and prints everything as soon as I get back to the office... 

Sadly enough I've been wasting a decent amount of paper lately...

Anyone have any idea how this happens or how to prevent this?
