DearN. Vijay, It is possible to find a PLC in classified area but normally it will be in a classified panel. Classified panels are classified when they are closed not when they are open and for sure you should open them to handle your PLC. I mean there are other things to take care of even when you have what so called intrinsically safe laptops. In a good design for oil and gas and petrochemical industries, all PLCs,RTUs, Remote IOs and even field instruments should be accessed remotely from a decent control room. Anyhow, you can use that thing if you really need it. It's just a sample of how it will look like and for sure you can find more in the market. Best regards. H-H
