I wait more then 5 minutes but LED-Flashing is not changes (Led STOP/RUN constantly flashing yellow and green). I followed the other steps but no online connection. I can go online when MC (firmware update) inserted in PLC.

The RUN/STOP LED alternately flashes green and yellow to indicate that the something is being copied. When the RUN/STOP LED turns on (solid yellow) and the MAINT LED flashes, the copy process has finished. Hopefully you did NOT delete the hidden files "__LOG__" and "crdinfo.bin" at the card?

Maybe PLC memory is damaged. I have tried already many ways to upgrade the firmware, but without result. I did memory reset and reset to factory settings. But while there is still hope that someone will find a solution.

I think you should open a service request and should contact the seller or local siemens distributor. Then maybe you can get a new PLC.

Is there any other way to reset the PLC without ethernet or MC? Thanks in advance.

Follow the firmware upgrade procedure, don't just stick the MC in there and hope it works. And when the PLC powers up, does it appear to behave normally during power up?
