I have the same issue but in a newer version: In my old PC that had V16, V17 and V18 (with the matching versions of D2U obviously) i've never had any issues, i don't know if this is fixable any soon from Siemens or if it is a machine-specific issue that has something to do with my windows installation. Unified RT PC V19upd2 runs flawless by the way. Is there some one who does know how to solve this crash? Thank you EDIT: the same Add-ins work in an identical workstation (same W11 build and hardware) the only difference being that PC has TIAV19.0 without updates. These workstations (Lenovo P16 Gen 2) have been bought at the same time so the firmware and software versions were the same at the time of TIA installation. By the way i have to say that that installation of TIA portal also has some other issues which are not relative to Data2Unified - for example, on that PC as soon as you open a WinCC Basic item properties TIA portal crashes leaving the usual crash report popup. In my opinion, looks like the clean installation of TIA portal is subject to some sort of defect. I also tried the Repair function with the V19 install disk image but nothing changed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
