WinCC Pro_V19 - How to disable key commands during runtime

Hi all,

I need to disable the key combinations command from keyboard (ex. Windows key, windows+R, Alt+F4, Ctrl+Alt+Del etc.) during runtime; I have already check the options in the runtime configuration (see attachement), but does not work, the key commands are working yet .

but I don't understand if it's the correct solutions for my problem and how it works, I created a button with this C script to disable the key combinations but seems not works, someone can explain wath and how I must set to disable all key commands.
