It depends on which Logging format you want to use.

If you can work with the logging in WinCC Advanced then I would use this (but then the csv file format is fixed). Here you can use the On Demand Trigger and the Systemfunction LogTag.

Of course you can also use a userdefined Script. then you can program how your csv File should look like:

There is also a poosibility on PC Systems with installed MS Office to use the MS automation Interface in Script to write directly into xls File.

Of course you can also use a Tag Trigger for this!

Just use a Trigger Tag and the Event ValueChange (for example) to start your Script.

-> check if you use the Aquisition cycle "Cyclic continous" for trigger Tags
