WinCC Flexible 2004/2005 font display issues

badmojo Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	We have a panel (TP270) on site which is exhibiting problems displaying the fonts correctly. I beleive that this is due to the Arial font which has been used in the application not being available on the panel. We have solved this issue in the past by copying the font to the CompactFlash card and moving it to the correct place on the panel using the file manager. Unfortunately the commissioning engineer does not have any means to do this on site at the moment. Is there a way to transfer the font using the MPI connection? What folder/path should the font be installed to? Thanks in advance for any help

skimmer Bronze Member Joined: 9/5/2007 Last visit: 3/7/2023 Posts: 317 Rating: (18)	Hi mojo, Unfortunately it's not possible to transfer the font via MPI. You can only do this via CF card Sm@rtsrvice if configured with winCC Flexible.
