SIMATIC PG P4 number keys refuse to work

Almoz Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello, We have been using a couple of years SIEMENS SIMATIC PG P4 laptop computer, but recently I have noticed that the numeric keys do not work ! Of course the external keyboard numeric keys works! Can anyone suggest some steps? May be I'm not the one who has the same problem?

Also this key Fn also is using for other controls. My idea is can you confirm that this key is OK. You can activate others functions with this key. Other point to check. Go in BIOS and in Option “Keyboard Features” check NumLock state ON or OFF following power on. Hope this helps. regards

Almoz Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello again, I have checked as I was recomended by UMENCHO Fn key (it works) and BIOS Option "Keyboard features, NumLock": state is ON. With the help of Fn key I can type in Notepad window numbers01234567 and that's it. It is not possible to type in 8 and 9. If I type numeric key's as usuall,I can type in only 5 and 6 other numbers do nothing. The numeric key's refuses to work! Any ideas?
