Hello tt_singh; This morning I would have said that you had to buy the software license. Strangely enough, someoneon thisforum made me discover this site (new to me) todaywith information on freely avaiable demo software and documentation from Siemens. In this instance, a 14-day trial CD version of Distributed Safety (see attachment): https://www.automation.siemens.com/infocenter/order_form.aspx?HTTPS=REDIR&tab=3&nodekey=key_567915&lang=en Look under the S7-400-F/H header for the Safety Integrated pdf. There is some confusion as to whether this 14-day trial CD is actually available at this time, I guess you would have to investigate more thoroughly than I can at this time Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
