Recipes choosing from PLC.

 Right under where you set the acquisition mode you also set Acquisition cycle, which by default is 1s.

If you use 2Hz for your trigger then the trigger bit will always se the same state (therefore there will be no value change for the event), see here for more details: http://tiaportalhowto.com/en/blog/tia-portal-clock-memory/

As Wizard advised don't use clock bits. Instead use your program sequence logic to trigger the record loading, when you need it. Use rising edge + extended pulse combination (longer then 1 second  ;) ) just to be 100% sure the HMI will read it.

For the purpose of testing just use memory bit and toggle the state (ctrl + F2, ctrl + F3)

For info. “resp”.old.ID should change to the same number as ‘”IO”.RecipeDataNo. And yes I did change the Acquisition mode to Cyclic continuous.

Thank you for your reaction. But I tried both of your solutions but it also didn’t work. As you can see the RecipeNo is 1 and the RecipeDataNo is 2.

I don’t know if it is important information but when I open the “recipe screen” and when change one of my data record. When I change the Data Record Name it opens it and almost instantly goes back to an empty data record.

You are still using clockmemory bit? (triggerbit)

Please try to use a memorybit, which you can change in VAT table.

So the acquisition mode of 'Trigger' is set to cyclic continuous.

Every time 'Trigger' change value, you will loaddatarecord. (Perhaps you do not use a clockpulse to change 'Trigger', every time you want a new recipe, you can toggle the tag 'Trigger')

Sorry, it’s not in the 3000 kB range of the forms.

Just to double check - you do have the data record setup under the number you're trying to load?

From help file:

"Activate the "Synchronize recipe view and recipe tags" option in the synchronization settings of the recipe. If this option is deactivated, the system function has no effect."

- when you load data record in your HMI you still have to press the 'write to PLC ' button, which is a separate command, unless you activate the option mentioned above.

I have looked through it and its net exactly what I need.

It’s an oven for multiple things. And first the PLC scans what it is. And then it have to say for example to the HMI it needs Data Record 2. And then I want that the information of Data Record 2 gats out of my HMI to my PLC. And if I’m done whit that product it scans a new product and switch to of example Data Record 5.

 See if this works for you.
