4G connection Timeout Issue (OS V1.3.1)

I have followed the instructions from the document: with with Huawei ME909s-120p V2 [snip] Once I execute nmcli con up cellular-4g command, I receive the TimeOut error. Please see the attached for the logs. When I look at the Status field, I see the state as enabled.. instead of registered. Note: I use the latest OS V1.3.1 Any support would be great! I tried it without an antenna and the signal was not enough to connect to the internet. (Middle of Munich - office environment). I tried it in front of the window outside and it has worked! Hope this will help someone else. Cheers!
