on siwatool I can not measure aur see any weight until I connect a loadcell to WP231 module

Thank you. I am facing another issue. i am using SIWAREX Digital DB 4 channels for load cell and connecting it with WP231 module via RS485. But on siwatool I can not measure aur see any weight until I connect a loadcell to WP231 module. after i connect loadcell to WP231, it is showing weight from Digital DB. Without connecting loadcell to WP 231 module it is not working. What setting should I do? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
