Im trying to use the X30 serial port of IOT2050 Advanced FS: 07 Industrial OS, but no way, i tried all the configurations by the forum and manuals.

Iot2050setup say command not found

mel-setup dont have the external port menu

Switchserialmode no works

Im getting crazy trying to work with x30 serial port, someone knows what can i do?

you wrote "Iot2050setup"

hopefully you typed "iot2050setup" because linux commands are case sensitive

anyway, what happens if you type

cd / && find -name iot2050setup

Iot2050setup is the tool in example image, very possible that it is not integrated in Industrial OS.

Industrial OS with iot2050setup

For COM port, maybe try to use Cli 'switchserialmode' if it works in industrial OS
