Hello, I wanted to try wincc unifed simulation after installing successfully the RT. Before I had to start PLCSIM which works fine on V18 and V19 but it didn't work on V20. I retried the installation which went trough the full installation without any error but I receive always the same message that the PLCSIM has no interfaces and moreover when I want to use it, the simulation starts the PLCSIM but doesn't start an instance. Even if I start manually an instance, I receive the same error message. If I start an instance, it's impossible to close this instance or to close the PLCSIM program. Any Idea what it could be? Hello, Personally I do not have much experience using TIA Portal with Apple. What I can tell you, is that the error that you are experienced it is probably caused because the operating system is not compatible with TIA Portal. I don't know how you will be using if you use the VM, but I would review compatibility with the compability tool. |

Thank You Hank, I know that V20 isn't officially compatible with Win11 ARM but it woks fine from V17 to V19 and I did already several projects with it. Even with V20 but with V20 I can't use PLCSim. My question was for those who are using Win11 ARM. Maybe somebody is using PLCSim without problem then it would be interesting for me to continue trying. PC with ARM processor are fast, quiet and the battery lasted very long and this Is very important when you start a machine. I hope SIEMENS will release soon a version for Win 11 ARM.
