please tell me how i can authorise my mobile number in CMR 2020.

I'd used many methods for this but failed.

please tell me imidiate.

Every time if i send msg to CMR2020 it shows in "Diagnostics' Tab: Mesaage send by unauthorise number .

Hello,

for authorisation you Need to enter the mobile number coorectly at any user and activate "Recieve SMS at the user.

You can enter the phone number with or withput Country prefix. eg +49 0176 123456789 or 0176 123456789

You can also use Wildcards for testing in the beginning. If you enter a * at the user phone number every number will be allowed.

At e.g 0176 1234* all numbers starting with 01761234 like 017612345685 or 01761234111 will work.

There is no other way than this.

you could provide us your Logo!CMR configuration file or best is to contact the CusomerSupport if it's not working and everything is configred correctly as described above
