I have a SIREC D200, 7ND4121-1CA22-2EA2 and it´s blocked, what can i do to take down the pictures attached ?

The message in your screenshot states:

"This account needs to be re-initialized by the ADMIN" (it states ADMON, but I feel that might be a mistake).

So even though I have no experience with that specific Siemens module, I believe you have issues with password level privileges.

Ask the ADMIN user of this module (the programmer who set up passwords and accesses) to reload you as member of one group of users (operatior, for example).

Here is the manual of the Sirec units, look at section 5, Password Security:

Display recorders: SIREC D200, SIREC D300, SIREC D400
