Think about how to washing one standard tank with coca cola, remove the coca cola,then  load clean water for washing, remove again the dirty washing  water and reload with Pure water or wine)))

How you will do it?

I'm try also to assembly this process, but I try now to configure 3 separate and independent process to recall when I need it and how many time for each process I like.

hard then is to merge all on my working Hho project,  I have already used around 240 blocks.

What about the Project you sent first?

Is it complete and not working well or is a part of a integral Project?

I made some good progress with my own project.

The first two shematic bloks are working: waste water & fill air, load clean water. Then I try to restart the first blok to waste again the dirty water but some strange....

Final I have to load again the PURE Water, but there a lot of mistake for reset the first module...

All values are now set casually for more fast debug simulation, untill all is not working I dont want to lose time to wait the all delays.

Give a check what I do...

You are going in a right way. Little things to refine.

Take a look at these points. Just suggestions:

1. Doing two wash cycles, the second needs to begin with the same conditions as the first: State of ball valves, timers, sensors, etc. If not, somethings can be not reproduced.

2. A second cycle has to start by a reference.  

3. The same to pure water load.

4. Function blocks with input "Reset" :- after switching their outputs, they must to receive a pulse in "R" input at any moment in order to be able to the next sub routime cycle program or cycle program.  If not, they will be frozen. This is the case of Retentive on delay timers B005 and B014.

5. Loops M1 to B007, M3 to B012 and M2 to B001 can cause "locks" in sub routines.
