Maybe you are searching for a solution like program in attachment ? You have not described, what should be happen, if more than 1 input is on. In this case i have presetted the values in order of input number, I4 is highest priority.

To answer your question about what happens if more than one input is "1", I have XORed all four inputs so, in my mind, only one of them can (or should) be active at the time.

You can not use the XOR blocks in the solution with the analog multiplexers, because you need the 4 digital inputs directly at the multiplexers. You can control the bevavior by choosing the right values in the parameter of the multiplexers. There are 4 values for each multiplexer. If both inputs are off, then select 0 as value. If 1 input is on, then select your desired value. If both inputs are on, then select anything else or the same value as for the input with the higher priority.

If you only have 4 different values (100, 200, 300, 400), then you also can use only 1 multiplexer with 2 digital inputs at all, depending on your wiring diagram of the inputs.

If you want more than 4 inputs (e.g. 6), you only need to cascade a third multiplexer.
