Hi there. Welcome to our community. Thank you very much for the English translation. I am sure you would have been equally welcome on the German langauge forum. Their discussions on LOGO PLCs are very active. If we can not be of service here, please go ahead and post there. You have not made any mention on where the PT1000 sensors are connected. If these are connected on the base unit, then this may be the cause of the problem. The extension card LOGO! AM2 RTD is suited for these sensors. I have personally no experience in using these. So the best I can do is add 2 pages from the System Manual that describe the use of PT100 and PT1000 sensors. There are a few important notes written there. But maybe you have read this already and know all this information. Please let us know if this is not helpful.. I am sure one of the experts will then join in with something more helpful. Franz, Thank you for your message. We are really hoping for the best on this one. I have a thought to share - let us assume (theoretical).. * .. the problem is NOT the hardware * .. the problem is when the PT1000 signal is used in calculations. What if you could write coding to "pole" the use of the analog signal? What if you make turns for using the analog signals? There is a slim chance that this will work. If you could test by having the hardware attached but not use the analog readings. The rest of the program can remain the same. If this does work, then you can review the attached program. Otherwise the program means nothing. [sigh] Maybe think about what plan B will be. If you have not used many digital inputs, you have x4 analog inputs on the base unit. External amplifiers for converting PT1000 to 0-10V analog, should work.
