802d: "wait -axis enable missing"

And please give more story, why it is happen? do you have running good machine before this message? or you bought 2nd hand machine?

I have problem in 802d system it shows message  ," wait -axis enable missing " , it is vertical millling machine having x,y,z,and spindle drive 

When connected with simocomu it is observed  that for one of the drive it shows pulses enable signal missing (not in green clr) 

Pl see the attachment 

Suggest any remedial measures please
