SINUMERIK 840C does not boot

We have installed a new hard disk and on it have copied contents of a hard disk of the same machine tool which have been reserved earlier (when the machine tool worked). At machine tool switching on DRDOS boots, loading FlexOS starts, but then the system hangs up. That process of loading to see more detailed, we have switched on an echo in bat-files and have seen, that loading goes to the last string: mmcback mmcsys:bin/chkstart.286-w 150-s 1 mmcsys:bin/regie.286 in file BOOT\CONFIG.BAT Here the system hangs up. We did the same replacement of a hard disk earlier (in 2003) and then all worked normally till now. Unfortunately, we do not have spare blocks of system to eliminate probability of hardware errors.
