gerab Posts: 33 Rating: (0)	Hello sir, Yes, all the red LED on all axis LIT (x35) i will attached a picture. We didn't modified any machine data's. We check the drive configuration it's all active. Would it also affect if there is no voltage on the power moduleterminal 73.1 - 72. Base on the GREEN LED(ext)that lit on the power module i checked terminal 63, 64 and 48 with reference to terminal 19 only 63-19 has 28V could it also affect? Change the feeder wire but still the problem occur. 3000 and 300005 error appears. all LED that lit on the modul are still the same. Thus the voltage on terminal 73.1-72 - no voltage. 19-63 - 28 volts, 19-64 -no voltage and 19-48 - no voltage affects the system? Hope you can help on this problem. Tnx. Gerab

Please upload the PLC data using Simatic Manager;and Check in Hardware Configuration, indicating any error. * Tell me how you enabled each LT module[Check Voltage on 663 Terminal] * You are using multi tap Transformer for 24V?? If yes change input tapping to other one and try to reduce the voltage to 24V. * Please Check NCK MD-13000 DRIVE_IS_ACTIVE for each axis. * How you enabled terminal 48 and 112,63 and 64. having any safty relay for controlling this terminals?? If Yes, try to reset that safty relay,may be safty relay get into stop mode. THanks&Regards, Raj

Goto your Simatic PC/PG interface and check the connections connectedwith Simatic Step7 ---> CP5611 and also you there is diagnostic buffer you can also make test and check...
