Hoping someone can help. I have developed a series of Faceplates to be used for manually overriding Valves and Pumps etc. Each faceplate has four symbolic IO field that use Graphic lists within symbolic IO Fields for displaying status. When I drag the Faceplate onto the screen to use as single instance it works fine.

When I call the faceplate as a popup from a script, the symbolic IO fields dont display. I am using the script as shown below (also in the attachment), which has only one graphic list addressed while I try and get it to work. The tag "tagStatus" is used as the Index for all the graphic lists within the faceplate.

Yes, I have done a rebuild and am using V17, Update 4.

I'm working on the same problem and I've found a work around.

The RTIL Traceviewer entry is:

ResourceList was not found for id: 0.0.0.0.0.0.

This indicates that the resource list is not getting defined correctly..

I tried a few different options based on other forum posts but this is what I got to work using a dummy faceplate on the same screen:

I have just been told by Siemens Support to try the prefix 'GraphicListCollection.’ or even ‘HMI_RT_1::GraphicListCollection.’? 

GraphicListCollection  worked,  so I haven't tried the second alternative.

Is there anywhere where this sort of information is documented ?

Thanks for the reply, that worked for me also. I found another post referencing 'GraphicListCollection' but the OP was referencing text lists:

I can't find it documented anywhere, places I've searched

• The release notes for V17 updates only talks about 'GraphicCollections' to set a single graphic from inside a faceplate. 
• The TIA Portal help documentation doesn't have any reference to it. 
• The Tips and Tricks Javascript document only gives an example with textlists.

I also currently struggling to pass authorization to faceplate called as popup. As Michael mentioned above, all documents only give example for Text List. As I recall, this feature (authorization in faceplate) has been around since V17 upd 1. And now with V17 upd 4, still no updated reference about this.

I hope someone from Siemens can help us giving information on how to do this. Thank you.
