i want to ask from where these two commands came from  i can not understand these

These instruction are put in automatic per the Siemens sofware when you change from CONT to LIST (Like the NOP 0 instruction)

The sofware take the frist data free in the temp area and use it. If you add (in CONT) a variable, the software will change the L 20.0 adresse. It's just to try to write the CONT in LIST instruction.
