After wrong done battery replacement I have been asked to load parameters to machine Burkhardt Weber MC60 from 1992.

I figured out that also PLC was erased. I performed overall reset +cold restart. Now PLC won start.

From checked ISTACK and BSTACK.   In Stop Cause  signed are : STP and UPROG.

in Depth 1 only one stop cause is signed : SUF.

Could you advice me how to diagnose this issue?

OK. after some night readig of internet and manuals I figured out that my problem is command:

"C DB 0"   in FB112 in line 00E7.

This command gives me a Substitution error (SUF ) and STOP the PLC because I don't have OB27 in EPROM

OB27 should handle this error.

So I plan to create OB27 but what should I place in to it? only "BE"??

Or there is a ready block which can let PLC to work only when SUF occur by calling "C DB 0"?
