Problem with migrate project from Step 7 v 5.5 to TIA V17

Hello all. I am also stuck with no progress when migrating a WinCC flex runtime project to TIA portal so that we can transfer the runtime to a new computer. The original project is done with Step 7 v 5.5 and Wincc Flexible advanced 2008. We would need to update just the Runtime so that WinCC flexible runtime will run on a new PC that has windows 11. Any tips how to get this migration moving forward. I have TIA portal V17, with migration tools installed.
