The reason why I searched for this is because the web browser based help in V20 has been mostly useless for me given how slow it is to open. The first time I open it, it is faster to do an online search and find an answer to a basic "hit F1 on a function" type of question, than waiting for the offline web browser help to open (takes about 15 seconds). Seems to be a bit quicker on further attempts (6 seconds).

I will now go switch to the old way of local Windows based help. Hopefully by the time we are forced to use the web browser help and then the online help, it will be more responsive that it is currently.
