I'd like to ask for your help, in case you can of course.

I'm trying to use this module with an IM151-7 CPU in TIA portal v13.  I've succeed to configure it in S7v5.5 but I've run out of ideas of how to do the same in TIA.  

You can see in the attachment what I'm doing with no success.

Your code looks fine other then you dont need to delete all control bits in every scan. may be this is causing a problem.

What is the counting mode you use? Have you enabled some external hard ware gate?

To reset the counter I used this logic in another FC.

Counter module, 24V / 100kHz for once-only, endless and periodic counting, speed, frequency and period measurement, position feedback, supports isochronous mode; also available as SIPLUS module with order number 6AG1 138-4DA04-2AB0

Its working fine so far. I had a lot of trouble to get this solution with this module and CPU, so I decided post this solution here to help. Off course, this solution could be improved, I used TIA Portal V13 SP1 Upd9.
