s7 300 and Siprotec 7UM61 via profibus

Mel Bronze Member Joined: 12/27/2007 Last visit: 8/11/2025 Posts: 128 Rating: (1)	Hi all I am trying to connect a s7-300 plc and a siprotec 7um61 via profibus,the siprotec is configured to standard mapping (3.1 68 input bytes8 output bytes)when I try a hardware configuration in s7 using the downloaded GSD file the software says the cofiguration is not the same as the configured module (red lights on the plc) Also I cannot see the device on the accessible nodes does anyone have anconfiguration setup that works with this device or an example program Regards Mel
