Hello , I guessed that in the first place but it is somehow strange here.For implementing a PI(D) controller for PLC, you should have some elementary information on industrial controllers.Implementing a PI regulator for a live process in PLC in real industrial ,Needs a great academic background plus sufficient knowledge for PLCs. Hello tutyit; Just as an introductory note, you'll find you will get more support from the forum members if you show greater patience in your dialogs, and express your problem so we can understand your request properly at the beginning. Here is an old(very: 1996) application note I used to learn the inner workigs of PID functions with a S7-300 (using Step 7 v. 4 at the time, if I remember). S7-300/400 Tip PID Tip No. 2 The application note contains the code for OB1, OB100 (initialization of the PID routine) and FB100. The code is well commented so you can follow the basic logic. Note that the application is a scanned document, you will have to input the code by hand; that will give you time to think about what you are learning. FB 100 is the central PID control function block in this application, it is designed to be used as a PI block (the derivative MD parameter is set to0 as a standard, see Network 13); to make it a PID controller you must calculate and input aparameter value for MD in Network 14. Study the code well, don't take too many shortcuts and good luck. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
