can you run "H:\SOFTWARES\SIEMENS\TIA_V13\InstData\SQL\SQLStarter\SQLStarter.exe" directly?
This is the component which failed.
I hope if you run it directly from the location that you get a detailed error .

Sorry for delay in response. 

I tried as per your advice. After clicking the .exe file, nothing is happening. Means no action in the computer.

Once again I tried installing fresh. But failed again.

Your advice in this regard is highly appriciable.

Hello,

if you run the exe directly and nothing happens show in the Windows Event Log for Error entries.
Have you any other SQL Software installed on the System?

Thanks for your support.

Finally I succed to install TIA portal V13. I did the following.

1. I made windows updates by online.

Then installed  V13 successfully.

I installed V13 many times in different PC's. But every time, one or other issues,

It looks, there could be lot of bugs in the software (Which is normal in Siemens software)

or the user is not having proper guide to install Siemens Software.

I recommend Siemens to have a basic document to install any software without having much struggles.
